Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
During high-demand periods, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our logistics partner for delivery.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMELINES
The estimated delivery time within India is five to ten business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier partner, weather conditions, festivals, strikes, or other unforeseen delays.
Zivy is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
SHIPPING CHARGES

Zivy is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept the delivery if possible.
If the package is accepted, record a clear unboxing video.
Report the issue to contact@zivy.online within seven days of delivery.
All damage-related claims are subject to verification as per our Return and Refund Policy.
